Shipping & Returns policy

Orders within the UAE are carefully packed by hand and typically arrive within 4–6 business days.

Each piece is handmade, and small variations in glaze, shape, and texture are part of what makes it one of a kind. If your piece arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange the return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your piece for a different design, you're welcome to do so within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges are offered as a product swap only. Outside of items arriving damaged, we're unable to offer refunds.

How to take care of the ceramic earrings?

Ceramic carries its own kind of strength but like anything made by hand, it asks for a little care in return.

When putting your earrings on or taking them off, do so over a soft surface rather than a hard floor to avoid dropping the piece.

When not in use, store them in their original packaging or wrapped in a soft cloth, away from other jewelry.
